Children's Playgroup All babies, toddlers, children and their parents, grandparents, caregivers, etc. are welcome to join the CV Playgroup, the CV Parents Yahoo Group and the CV Playroom. The group meets informally in the Outdoor Play Area (North of 230 Jay Street) or in the Indoor Playroom (lower level of 225 Adams Street.)
The CV Playgroup activities include: - An Ongoing Virtual Yard Sale—funds raised go to fund activities, equipment and supplies for the Playgroup. Please call or email if you are interested in donating items.
- Tuesday Night Pizza Parties in the Outdoor Play Area—weather permitting.
- Valentine's Day and Halloween parties.
- Working on International Pot Luck Dinner, Babysitting Pool, New Mom's Group, etc.
The Yahoo Group is a great way to find out about:- Activities in the area
- Buy, sell or swap children's equipment, toys and clothes.
- Get referrals for nannies and babysitters
- Share information about raising children in the area—schools, daycare, etc.

The CV Playroom is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week. It is located in the lower level of 225 Adams Street. Membership is free to all CV residents. Forms are available with the doorman at 225 Adams Street.

Energy Committee The Energy Committee develops strategies to make the co-op more energy efficient, as well as providing information and programs to residents to make their own apartments more efficient. Improvements Committee The Improvements Committee is a resource for the Board of Directors that can research and propose improvements to Concord Village's buildings, grounds and immediately adjacent public areas. This allows for a broader input from the CV community, as well as providing a forum for the dissemination of information to it.
Currently, the Board has charged the Improvements Committee to investigate issues involving:
- Compactor rooms
- Homeowners/liability insurance
- Pets
- Recycling
- Street trees
- Web-based building management services

Seniors (Young and Older) Gatherings "Move the Benches Inside" Thursday evenings beginning November 1 (except holidays), gatherings will be held in the 230 Jay Street Community Room from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be served, and everyone is encouraged to bring ideas for activities to make these afternoons successful. Website Committee This committee maintains and updates the co-op Website, and explores ways that the Website could generate income for the co-op.
