The admissions process at Concord Village has been streamlined to move things along as quickly as possible. Once a unit is under contract for sale, the buyer must submit a detailed application packet containing all the required materials listed on this page. Board interview dates and decisions are dependant on when the applicant submits their packet, as shown in the Admissions Deadlines table below.

Admissions Requirements

1. Signed Lead Paint Waiver Form (Included in Contract of Sale)
2. Copy of Mortgage Application (if purchasing)
3. Copy of Commitment Letter (if purchasing)
4. Three (3) months most recent bank statements verifying account balances from all accounts
5. Letter(s) from applicants bank verifying when account was opened and average monthly balance for checking and savings
6. Last two (2) statements of any other appropriate verification / documentation or statements of net worth
7. Copy of the latest filed Federal Income Tax returns for the past (2) years including all schedules. W-2's 1099's 1098 and equivalent documents
8. Letter from employer confirming salary, date of employment and position
9. Two (2) consecutive copies of the latest pay stub
10. Letter of reference from Immediate supervisor
11. If a dog will be housed in this apartment, evidence of current dog license and current rabies vaccination must be submitted. If your current residence does not require the above documents you must send a notarized letter of intent that the dog license and vaccination regulation will be satisfied within 30 days of closing.
12. Two (2) personal letters of reference with telephone numbers
13. Letter of reference from your landlord of payment history, lease dates and whether landlord will release applicant from their obligations
