Health Club
Concord Village offers an on-site fitness center, located on the ground floor of 175 Adams Street. There is a one-time initiation fee of $100 per person, and a $25 monthly membership fee. All charges are added to the resident's monthly maintenance bill.

Laundry
All buildings are equipped with laundry rooms on the first or basement levels. Machines take Smart Cards, which can be purchased and refilled using a credit or debit card in the laundry rooms. Machines are maintained by the Hercules Corp.

Community Room
Located on the ground floor of 230 Jay Street, the Community Room is available for tenants and shareholders for various functions. This room must be scheduled through the Management Office, and some fees may apply. 

Children’s Outdoor Play Area
This lawn area provides a place for children to play and socialize. A safety fence, outdoor children’s furniture and various toys are provided and maintained by the Children’s Playgroup.

Children’s Playroom

Roof-Top Decks
Each building has a roof-top deck, complete with safety railings and tiled flooring. This is a particularly great feature on July 4th, as the decks are a great place for viewing the fireworks.

Non-Exclusive Cable, Phone and Internet Providers
Residents can choose between RCN, Time Warner and Verizon FIOS for cable, Internet and phone service.

Security
Concord Village employs a professional security company that patrols the grounds seven days a week from 2 p.m. to 6 a.m.

On-Site Parking
Parking spaces are available to residents who register with the Management Office to be put on the waiting list. The current wait is approximately 4-5 years.

Storage Space
All co-op buildings have storage rooms and separate bicycle storage rooms. The waiting list for these areas is maintained by the Management Office.

Dog Run
Located at the back of a Parking Lot B, the fenced run provides an area to allow dogs off leash. The run can be divided into to two areas with an internal gate, and is half dirt, half stones.
