The Concord Village maintenance staff provides a limited number of repair and replacement services for items within the shareholders' units. Most of these are related to obligations defined in the Proprietary Lease.

Such items include windows, hallway doors (excluding any special locks with have been installed by shareholders), all elements of the heating system, and all water and waste lines located within the walls of the unit. Technically, the co-op’s responsibility for water supply ends with the shutoff valves on each water supply line. The co-op is not responsible for any of the plumbing fixtures or faucets.

Because the water supply is master metered, the co-op’s policy is to supply washers on faucets and toilet stoppers in order to prevent high water bills from leaky faucets and running toilets.

The below services are offered through the co-op at an additional charge:
